Simatec elliptically swinging screens connect the advantages of linear and rotating screens in a new mode of motion, the ellipse.They are applicable to the screening of mineral raw materials, sinter products and other bulk materials for middle classifying from 1mm-150mm and a task achievement to 1000 t/h.
Characteristics:
- Horizontal structure with low building method, thus saving of overall height and simple operation as well as maintenance.
- In one or multi-cover execution
- Task cross beam for the indulgence of the screen decks and for the better distribution of the feedings
- The elliptical oscillation favors the reservation of the filter openings, therefore a high filter quality grade is reached.
- 20% - 25% larger throughput performance opposite a circle and/or a linearswinging machine
- Thus smaller machines can be used with same achievement.
- Simple possibility of adaptation of vibrating widens, throw angle, ellipticity and frequency on the material referred at the place of work.
- Drive by means of overlaid oscillation of two imbalance exciters synchronizes with a transmission.
- Sizes to nominal width 2600mm and nominal length to 7500mm

With two maintenance-free drive shafts, on life span lubricated. Horizontal structure and high specific throughput perfomance.

All rotating parts are completly covered.
Screendeks
All screening modules are made of Polyurethane.
Nozzles
Made of Polyurethane and with an even water distribution.
Dewatering screen
Linear motion dewatering screen with two shafts and counterweights.
